Builtech Construction Process

Stage 1
Research for house designs
There are numerous options available when it comes to home construction.
Spend some time becoming acquainted with the new home designs available and weighing their benefits and drawbacks, as well as their suitability for your current and future needs.
Stage 2
Determine the location of your property.
If you do not already own a piece of land, conduct some research on the neighbourhood in which you wish to live and build.
Consider the proximity of shops, educational institutions, hospitals, and transportation hubs. Remember to contact your preferred builders (more on this in the following step) to enquire about available house and land packages.

Stage 3
Choose a constructor/ builder(s)
There are numerous options available when it comes to home construction.
Spend some time becoming acquainted with the new home designs available and weighing their benefits and drawbacks, as well as their suitability for your current and future needs.
Stage 4
Conduct an examination of quotations.
Solicit a quote from your builders for your home. Each builder should be able to provide detailed cost estimates for each component of your home, including any design changes you wish to make.
Additionally, we recommend that you request that site costs be itemised separately – this is a frequent location for hidden costs. The site costs associated with Builtech are transparent, so you know exactly what you are paying for.

Stage 5
Submit a home loan application
You can apply for a home loan after determining the cost of your new home and land (if applicable). You must obtain pre-approval for financing prior to signing the contract with your builder.
Stage 6
Put the agreement into effect.
After agreeing on costs and securing financing, it is time to sign construction contracts. Before signing, always ensure that you have read the contract thoroughly and are confident and comfortable with it.

Stage 7
Conduct a pre-start.
Pre-start meetings are typically the first stage of the construction process and are used to finalise your home’s materials and fixtures selections. Prior to this meeting, you may visit Builtech Construction’s Style Studio to assist you in making an informed decision.
Stage 8
Construction.
Following the completion of the design phase for your future dream home, the construction phase can begin. A single storey home takes an average of 24 to 26 weeks to construct; the time required for a double storey home varies according to the size of the home.

Stage 9
Transition
Following the completion of the construction phase, a series of quality checks is conducted to ensure that your home meets an acceptable standard. After that, you will receive an inspection certificate, a maintenance service -Builtech Construction includes 12 months of service as standard -, and the keys to your new home.
