1-8 Weeks
Pre-construction
- Preliminary works agreement
- Finance review
- Site surveyed (note: site work cannot commence until land titles have been issued)
- Preparation of plans and building contracts
- Building license application
- Restart interview
- FInance application
- Final amendments of plan
- Finance approval
- Building license approval
- Land settlement


1-30 Weeks
Construction
- Earthworks
- Concrete footing and slab
- Curing of concrete slab
- Drains and sewer connection
- Brick delivery
- Bricklayer commencement- completion
- Delivery of roof timber
- Roof carpenter- roof frame
- Cutters and downpipes
- Electrical wiring and plumbing tube
- Roof cover
- Plaster float (internal grey coat)
- Plaster set (white wall)
- Ceiling and cornice installation
- Glazing lock up > windows & sliding doors
- Internal lock up > doors and shelving
- Lock up inspection with building supervisor


- Installation of cabinets
- Installation of bath
- Ceramic wall and floor tiles installation
- Painting- internally and externally
- Electrical and plumbing completion
- External paving
- Site clean and internal clean
- Floor coverings (if applicable)
- Window treatments (if applicable)
- Pre-handover inspection with building supervisor
- Completion of pre-handover items
- Handover and key collection
